Jim Hanusek
President & Owner
Jim Hanusek leads Prestige Civil Contractors with over 25 years of experience in site development and heavy civil construction. He remains directly involved in project planning and field execution, working closely with clients and crews from preconstruction through completion.
Before acquiring Prestige in 2025, Jim served as a General Superintendent with Granite Construction, supporting major infrastructure projects including the I-4 Ultimate and Brightline rail developments in Central Florida.
He also held leadership roles with Fluor Corporation, working on large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects across the United States and internationally.
His background includes complex earthwork, underground utilities, and site infrastructure, bringing practical field experience and disciplined execution to every project.

Senior Estimator
With more than 20 years of estimating experience, Kevin works closely with general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to develop accurate, detailed proposals aligned with project scope and schedule requirements.

Office Manager
With 14 years in the heavy civil industry, Maria oversees administrative operations that keep projects and internal systems organized and running efficiently.

Superintendent
Jobanny leads field operations with hands-on oversight and direct accountability. His experience across multiple site development roles allows him to manage crews effectively while maintaining safety and schedule discipline.
